- Booking and contact details. When you book an appointment, contact us, or check out, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and appointment history. Online booking and payments are handled by Square; your payment card details are processed by Square and are never stored by us.
- Health information you share with us. Any health information you give us, whether on an intake form or during your session, is used only to provide safe, appropriate care. It is never used for marketing.
- Website usage. Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools may use cookies to collect information such as pages visited and general location. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, respond to your questions, provide care, and, if you’ve opted in, send occasional news and offers by email or text. We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in to text messages from Handled With Care, you may receive appointment-related messages and occasional promotional messages about our services. You can opt in at checkout or by texting JOIN to our text number.
