Do you take walk-ins?
All sessions require advance booking. Same-day appointments are sometimes available. Book online anytime!
How do I book?
The easiest way is online — click the Book Now button at the top of any page. You can also text 720-296-7924 (texts preferred over calls).
Which therapist should I book with?
All three have tons of experience. As a general guide for specialty services: TMJ concerns → book with Matt. Oncology massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage, or table Thai → book with Rita. Prenatal massage → Sara or Rita. For everything else, check availability and pick who works for your schedule.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, you can purchase eGift cards that can be delivered via text or email here.
Do I need to undress?
You undress to your comfort level; some folks take it all off, some leave underwear on – it doesn’t matter to us. Professional draping is used at all times — only the area being worked is exposed. Prefer to stay clothed? Table Thai massage is a great option.
How long of a session should I book?
90 minutes gives your therapist time to do meaningful work without rushing — ideal for chronic issues or full-body work. 60 minutes is great for maintenance or focused work on one area.
What should I do after my massage?
Drink plenty of water. Some soreness for 24-48 hours after deep tissue work is normal. Your therapist will give you specific aftercare guidance and may recommend stretches or self-massage techniques.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not directly bill any insurance companies. However, if you have an HSA/FSA debit card that has a VISA or MasterCard number, you can use that to pay for your massage. Depending on your insurance, they may ask for further documentation – a detailed receipt with notes will be gladly provided within 72 hours upon request.
